REFUND POLICY
At Saltura, every product — including our hats, AZURA tees, and The Abyss Tee (pre-sale) — is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is faulty
- You received the wrong item
If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in original condition
- Include proof of purchase
- Include clear photo evidence of the issue
Pre-Sale Notice – The Abyss Tee
The Abyss Tee is sold on a pre-sale basis. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Your item will be shipped at a later date specified on the product page
- Production and shipping times may vary
- Delays related to pre-sale production are not eligible for refunds
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer
- Items that have been worn or used
- Delays related to pre-sale items
