Saltura currently ships to Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada.

Some products — including The Abyss Tee — may be offered on a pre-sale basis. Please read below for full details.


1. Pre-Sale Items

Saltura may offer selected items (such as The Abyss Tee) on pre-sale.

- Pre-sale items are not ready for immediate dispatch

- Estimated shipping timelines will be stated on the product page

- Production and shipping times may vary

If your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, they may be shipped together once all items are ready.


2. Processing Times

- In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days

- Pre-sale items: Processed once production is complete

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume drops or restocks.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

- Australia

- United Kingdom

- New Zealand

- Canada

Orders outside of these regions are not supported at this time.


4. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Australia

- Standard: 3–8 business days

- Express: 1–3 business days (if available)

New Zealand

- Standard: 5–12 business days

United Kingdom

- Standard: 7–15 business days

Canada

- Standard: 7–15 business days

Note: Pre-sale items will ship after production, so total delivery time will be longer.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.


5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

- Delivery destination

- Shipping method selected

- Order weight


6. Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

- Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply

- These charges are not included in the product price

- The customer is responsible for any additional fees

Saltura is not responsible for customs delays or charges.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Saltura is not responsible for:

- Carrier delays

- Customs-related delays

- Delays related to pre-sale production

- Packages lost due to incorrect address details

However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


9. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
