Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or production timelines.

- No returns for change of mind

- Refunds or replacements are only provided if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

- Pre-sale delays are not eligible for refunds
