Each order will be sent out from our HQ within 2 business days.

After the shipping label has been created, customers will receive a tracking number so they can track their order.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind after purchase. You may request a change in hat colour or t-shirt size within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the requested item has not sold out.

You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your hat or t-shirt arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
